Cupid Package

Day-Of Coordination | $2500

For the bride who has planned her wedding and wants a calm, confident professional to bring it all together. Best for couples who have booked their vendors and planned the details but want to fully enjoy the wedding day without stress.

Planning and Guidance

– Initial consultation to review ceremony and reception vision
– Etiquette guidance and general planning support
– Information on obtaining a marriage license
– Preferred vendor list with contacts
– Unlimited email and phone access

Timeline & Logistics

– Creation and management of ceremony & reception timelines
– Final wedding weekend schedule for all parties
– Confirmation calls with all wedding day vendors

Ceremony & Rehearsal Management

– Coordinate rehearsal and guide wedding party, family, and ushers
– Coordinate with officiant
– Oversee ceremony flow

Wedding Day Coordination

– Vendor arrival and setup coordination
– Delivery of final vendor payments and tips
– Full reception agenda management (entrances, toasts, dances, cake, exit)

Decor & Details

– Setup of programs, registry table, unity/memorial items, photos
– Wedding day emergency kit (nail glue, safety pins, hairspray, sewing kit, gum, black socks, etc.)

Princess Package

Partial Planning & Wedding Day Management | $3,800

For the bride who enjoys planning but wants professional support to wrap up the details and manage the entire wedding weekend. Best for couples who want hands-on support during the final months and full coordination on the wedding day.

Planning and Guidance

– Monthly planning checklist with deadline reminders
– Two in-depth planning meetings prior to the wedding
– On-site layout planning for ceremony and reception
– Etiquette guidance for invitations
– Contact and coordinate appointments with appropriate wedding professionals on behalf of the bride

Vendor & Guest Coordination

– Schedule, contact, and confirm vendor appointments
– Follow-up communication with all vendors and creation of a detailed wedding weekend agenda
– Arrange hotel room blocks
– Coordinate transportation for wedding party and immediate family
– Direct text and email access available to both mothers for wedding-related questions and concerns

Wedding Weekend Management

– Create a comprehensive wedding weekend schedule for vendors, family, and bridal party
– Arrival prior to photos for final setup and detail oversight (dressings & flower distribution)
– Assistant on site for additional coverage
– Bustle gown after ceremony if needed

Decor, Setup & Breakdown

– Transport wedding items to venues
– Setup of bridal, cake, and registration tables
– Distribution of favors and exit items
– Clean and gather decor, centerpieces, gifts, and personal items
– Return florist items

Thoughtful Extras

– Anniversary cake box and package provided to MOB or MOH to preserve wedding cake
– Easels provided for portraits
– Gifts loaded into designated vehicle

Fantasia Package

Full-Service Planning & Concierge Coordination | $$$

For the bride who wants unlimited support, complete coordination, and total peace of mind. Best for couples who want a fully guided, hands-on planning experience with comprehensive wedding weekend support.

Full-Service Planning & Vendor Management

– Unlimited consultations with Tammy, including attendance at vendor meetings (notice required)
– Interview, recommend, and reserve vendors as requested
– Recommend and book locations for rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon, post-wedding brunch, guys’ day out, and additional wedding events
– Ongoing email and text updates regarding planning progress and remaining tasks
– Deliver invitations to and from calligrapher

Event & Wedding Weekend Coordination

– Full coordination and attendance of rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception
– Planning and coordination of all wedding weekend events
– Additional staff available for any errand, task, or duty that arises throughout the weekend

Setup, Transitions & Venue Management

– Assist with setup of tables, chairs, linens, and personal décor for all wedding weekend events
– Transfer decor and personal items from ceremony site to reception site
– Remove all personal items from ceremony bridal suite
– Oversee vendor cleanup and breakdown; ensure all items are removed from the reception site
– First to arrive and last to leave

Hospitality, Guest Care & Reception Oversight

– Pick up and deliver snack trays and beverages to bridal suite and groom’s room
– Assist with bussing tables and maintaining trash and cleanliness during reception
– Cut and serve wedding cake; package leftover cake for guests and family
– Pack reception meals and cake slices for late-night snacks and load into getaway car

Personal Details & Aftercare

– Transport couple’s luggage and personal items into getaway car
– Place personal items (cake topper, guest book, table cameras, etc.) into vehicles or designated suites
– Deliver refrigerated bouquet to Maid of Honor or Mother of the Bride
– Decorate honeymoon suite with rose petals upon request
– Make copy of marriage license for honeymoon travel
